Lübeck, Ausgabe 1863/64 (durchstochen, Ovalwappen): 1½ Schilling, schwarzer Druck. LÜBECK oben, Doppeladler-Stadtwappen, Wertziffer „1½“, unten SCHILLING. Die verausgabte Marke ist violett/rotlila (MiNr. 14); dieses aufgeklebte Stück ist schwarz/grau gedruckt — ein schwarzer Probe-/Instruktions-/Neudruck, nicht die farbige Postmarke. MiNr. 14 (Entwurf).
Lübeck, 1863/64 issue (rouletted, oval arms): 1½ Schilling, black print. LÜBECK at top, the double-eagle city arms, value numeral “1½”, SCHILLING below. The issued postage stamp is violet/red-lilac (Michel 14); this mounted copy is printed in black/grey — a black specimen/instruction/reprint print, not the coloured postage stamp. Michel 14 (design).
